I am a national level powerlifter that has been working out for over 7 years, starting when I was 14. I started competing in powerlifting 2021 and I haven't looked back since and now I want to share my wealth of knowledge with others.

My current best meet PR's are a 240kg Squat, a 167.5kg Bench Press and a 302.5kg deadlift at 83kg bodyweight.
